Looking for that extra motivation? Join one of more than 45 Group Exercise Classes that the Health & Lifestyle Center has to offer. Our Group Exercise program includes a wide array of classes, so you can find what's right for you - and always find something new!

Take a cycling class at lunch, or relax your mind and spirit with yoga and Pilates. Looking for strength training or aquatics exercise? We've got those, too! And don't miss out on the class everyone's talking about. . . Zumba, a Latin dance cardio workout you won't forget!
