Lap Pool / Therapy Pool
Lap Pool
Our 25-yard, 4 lane lap pool is available during facility hours for individual lap swimming and group exercise classes. Individuals may lap swim with the provided line while classes are being held. One-on-one personal training is available in the lap pool for swimming techniques.
Therapy Pool
Experience our warm-water therapy pool. It's a great way to give your body that extra recovery from physical therapy or to just change up your workout routine.
