FitLinxx is a state-of-the-art computerized system that helps monitor your progress on cardiovascular and strength-building equipment. The H&LC is proud to be the only facility in the Michiana area to offer it. Touch-screens on each piece of equipment keep track of your sets, repetitions and range of motion. Workouts are recorded and tracked by your fitness specialist. It’s like having your own computerized personal trainer!
