Bridget Hardy is a trainer committed to every aspect of fitness. As a longtime group exercise instructor, she enjoys teaching everything from Strength classes to Zumba. Never an athlete, she believes anyone can achieve substantial fitness goals and find peace of mind--and body--through the practice of regular exercise. Bridget is actively seeking clients interested in getting away from FitLinxx and into the next level of strength fitness, or anyone looking to start an accessible but challenging program. As a writer and chronic computer user, she's particularly committed to the importance of postural strength, flexibility and body awareness for those who nobly sit at a desk all day. She's certified by the American Fitness and Aerobics Association (AFAA) as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor. In her free time she enjoys fiction, salsa dancing, and getting plenty of physical activity with her five year-old son. |
